Who We Are
Prairie Bible Church (PBC) is a Bible believing, non-denominational fellowship of people from all backgrounds who want to learn what the Bible teaches about our everyday lives. PBC helps train Bible believers to live a God honoring life characterized by a love lifestyle. We hope to display God's love, mercy, and grace to all. Our music is a combination of older hymns with country western worship songs.
We start at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. The order of our service is different from most as we keep the family together for the first part. We begin by opening in prayer.
Next, we are led in singing some contemporary “cowboy type” worship songs. Then, we have a very short greeting break. During this break at 10:30 a.m., some adults come to participate in the rest of the service, if they prefer to not sing cowboy western songs.
Music worship is followed by a time of sharing prayer requests where children are encouraged to share requests too. Our leader prays for all requests. Then we have a fellowship break time to build friendships and have refreshments. Our ladies graciously serve coffee, tea, juice, and treats: cookies, cake, crackers, chips, and various fruits and veggies.
After the break, children ages 3-18 go to their Sunday school classes while the adults remain in the sanctuary for teaching directly from the Bible. Communion is served the first Sunday of every month.
We have a sitting room with a speaker and window for mother’s and babies.
